In PPH Dawid we use gas shielded arc welding. For low-alloy and austenitic steel we use welding in active gas shield MAG (135, 138) and TIG DC (141).

Aluminium is welded in inert gas shield MIG (131) or TIG AC (141).

PPH "Dawid" has two machines for thermal cutting which anables to cut steel plates from 5 to 300mm and up to 2500x6000mm. We can also perform air plasma cutting 85A for steel plates up to 15mm.

In 1993 PPH "Dawid" moved from small office to a new location at Żeromskiego 2. At first production was performed in two halls. Then those two halls were connected to each other and additional production space was delivered. In 2009 Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Handlowe "Dawid" was granted an EU subvension for building another production hall. All together gives over 2500m2 of production area.

To clean and prepare steel surface for coating we use shot blasting. In our shot blasting cabinet we can work on steel constructions up to 3000mm wide, 6500mm long and 2000mm high and deliver surface Sa 2 1/2 (ISO 8501:1998).

In Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Handlowe "Dawid" Sp. z o.o. we use powder painting and spray/wet painting for coating.

For the shipbuilding equipment we use RAL 9016.
